SubTracked LLC, operating as SubTracked, uses cookies and browser storage to provide and secure our website, workspaces, and customer portal. This policy supplements our Privacy Policy.
Authentication and essential storage
Clerk uses cookies and related technologies to maintain authentication and secure sessions. Our application also remembers interface choices, such as sidebar state and appearance, using cookies or local storage. Stripe may use cookies and similar technologies when you open its hosted payment or billing pages to provide payments and prevent fraud.
Blocking or deleting essential cookies can sign you out or prevent authentication and payment flows from working. Browser storage may persist until it expires or you clear it; duration varies by purpose and provider.
On the marketing site, session storage remembers when you dismiss the availability notice or confirm that your business is US-based. These preferences last for the browser-tab session, are not used for tracking, and do not contain interest-form answers. If storage is unavailable, the choices are remembered only while the page remains open.
Analytics and operational monitoring
Vercel Web Analytics measures page visits and deliberate marketing signup starts without analytics cookies. We record when a visitor proceeds to trial setup or receives a Checkout link, with only the chosen plan, subscription cadence, or Starter credit-pack quantity where applicable. These events measure starts, not completed accounts or purchases. They do not include names, email addresses, account identifiers, payment details, or form contents. Marketing analytics remove query strings and fragments from page URLs and drop unrecognized page paths. Application analytics also normalize dynamic identifiers.
When enabled in the application, Better Stack associates errors and performance measurements with an operational session. It may use a first-party _bs cookie with local-storage fallback for session and anonymous identifiers, activity time, and sampling. Cross-domain persistence is disabled. We do not enable session replay, advertising tracking, or click and form autocapture.
We do not use advertising cookies or retargeting pixels.
Your browser controls
You can inspect, block, or delete cookies and site data through your browser's privacy settings. Clearing site data can sign you out and reset remembered preferences.
We honor Do Not Track (DNT) and Global Privacy Control (GPC) for frontend observability and Vercel page and marketing signup-start analytics: the observability tag does not initialize and analytics events are dropped when either signal is enabled. These signals do not disable essential sessions, payment processing, or server security and operational logging.
